UFO Sighting in North Carolina

📝 Witness Account

It resembled a black helicopter, but there was no rotor wash or sound emitting from the craft. my wife and daughter stated they saw it at tree top level solid black, no sound or a rotor wash, then it hovered up made a maneuver upwards then it disappeared.
