In November 2018, around 9:30 PM, while observing the stars from my balcony in Paris, I noticed a bright orange light that initially appeared to be a plane's landing light but did not move or display navigation lights. After being distracted by two helicopters, I returned to find the light had vanished, and despite reporting it to MUFON, no explanation was found.
