UFO Sighting in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

While constructing a makeshift telescope in the backyard, I observed a disk-shaped object hovering silently above a neighbor's barn. The object changed colors and exhibited a zigzag flight path before making a rapid vertical ascent, leaving behind a spinning weather vane.
