UFO Sighting in East Hartford, Connecticut

While driving i saw bject that was silver/chrome sort of disk shaped wobbling a bit in the sky as it flew over a building and river. pulled over to photograph it but at the time only had a crappy cell phone camera, did not show on pic. then gone.
