UFO Sighting in Manchester, New Hampshire

Multiple White balls of light seen right above cloud cover about a quarter mile in the sky behind the tree line maneuvering around at various speeds and directions also with synchronicity at times. Popping in and out and on and off, aswell as different numbers entering and leaving. All while hovering around the same circle about the same height and altitude.
