The footage, lasting four seconds, shows an orb-like UAP moving laterally from south to north, visible for approximately one second. Captured by an MC-12 reconnaissance aircraft, the video utilizes Full Motion Video (FMV) technology, combining Electro-Optical and Infrared sensors for comprehensive intelligence.
