My UFO encounter

It’s about time I told of this account, and got it on record.

I cannot recall the exact year or the date, but I think it was sometime in 1967 or 1968. A word about the technology of the time – there were no personal computers, scanners, digital cameras, fax machines, hand calculators, hard drives, printers, cell phones, CDs, VCRs, video cameras, or microwave ovens.

UFO Sighting Report!

We were flying kites with the kids one afternoon. We took multiple pictures of the kids and of the kites.

We have several pictures of our “penguin” kite 200 ft up. Later when we looked through the photos we could see that there was something butterfly shaped far above the kite!

UFO Sighting Report!

I was driving south bound toward Morton Illinois on I74. Myself and my brother, where heading to his fathers house, where I was dropping him off. We came about 1/2 mile from the West/South bound split on I74 just outside of Morton. Directly ahead of us, we both saw a light, about the brightness of a helicopter, or airplane light, falling exactly straight towards the ground. It was hard to tell about how far away it was, possibly 5 miles or more.
The light was not flickering or flashing, it was a steady light, as it fell directly toward the ground, it disappeared about 100-200 feet above ground.
When it came into view, it was only as high as we could see it out the windshield. What made us noticed it at first, was the contrast of the light from the cloudless country sky. There where little to no clouds in the sky, as most stars where viable, after just few seconds of focusing on them.
The light itself was much closer than any star.

The velocity of the light falling, was that of an object being dropped, like the force of gravity. It was not slow, nor was it oddly fast. It seemed like an average falling speed, for something like, dropping a baseball, or rock.
Like I said before, it seemed like 100-200 feet above ground, it dimmed out, until it was no longer visible. The light itself was not visible or traceable after it was darkened. The rate that it dimmed, was that of a headlight, or lamp, being turned off.

UFO Sighting Report!

Account of Amber Timberlake: I saw an object travel from the sky in front of us to the left side of our car very rapidly. It then hovered, disappeared, and reappeared numerous times before flying off over a hillside.

Account of Steven Biars: I was driving Amber’s car back from Ashland when we saw a bright object lighting up and then disappearing. The object appeared to hover on the right side of the road, near Mountain Enterprises, perhaps a few hundred feet in the air. I initially thought it may have been a parachute plane because there are several local flyers in this area. It quickly became apparent that this wasn’t a plane. The object lit up brightly before disappearing. It then reappeared and shot across the road before stopping and hovering again. A small white light on the underside and a brilliant blue light on the upper side began to flash. A pinkish colored light on the front of the craft also brightly lit, but it wasn’t flickering like the white and blue lights. Shortly thereafter, the craft disappeared before reappearing yet again. I pulled over to attempt to get a picture with my iPhone. As I was trying to take a picture, the craft shot over a hillside. I got back on the highway and turned around to follow the craft, but it was gone. I believe it must have followed Industrial Parkway or stayed invisible.

UFO Sighting Report!

I work at a haunted house in Middletown, DE on rt. 13 south of the St. Georges Bridge. Several of the Hayride actors (including myself) boarded the tractor to take us to our positions along the route. As we waited I heard someone said, “Hey look at that”. What I saw was a cone-shaped burst of light accompanied by slight haze. It looked like a light from a helicopter beaming towards the earth, however it was to high to be a helicopter. Then I was struck by the mist, because it was an remarkably clear night, not a cloud in slight. The light was extremely bright, then I thought maybe it was a shooting-star, but the tail always follows these phenomena not the other way around. There was no sound, and the light didn’t appear to move. The light was visible for at least four minutes then the brightness vanished, but there was still a trace of light the lingered a faded. The only thing I could come up with is maybe an experimental aircraft (because of Dover AF base located about 25 miles away), but the still does not explain the fog and the strange light. After serving in the Marines for 5 years I seen a lot of aircraft, I’ve never seen anything like this. There were at least 20 of us who all saw the same thing. None of us were scared, more intrigued than anything. We all joked about seeing a UFO, but after looking back, it’s my only explanation. I including a sketch of what it looked like, and the direction I was viewing it from.

dear sirs over the last two years i have been putting out deer cameras out on my farm to photo deer.my camera has been pickin up some strange things i cant explan what its taking photos of.i was not there when the photos were taking.the camera is triggered by heat not by movement.ill attach the some of the pics from the last two falls and send them to you.please let me know what you think they might be thank you steve kolczynski

UFO Sighting Report!

I was taking several pictures, so took several in succession, because the subject was interesting to me. Anyway, I was walking down Highway 35 about 3 miles away from Trempealeau, WI, USA. So today I used my camera for something else and looked over the pictures one by one on my computer that I had taken just a couple days before. ( Trempealeau Mountain has been considered sacred to the ancient people around here.) It is the mountain you see in the pictures. I did not notice any such object until I looked at the pictures on my computer. I thought that maybe it could be a leaf blowing by, however the shapes seemed quite odd to me and I thought that maybe you all could look at these and tell me what you thought. There was alot of energy coming in with the storm, but I don’t remember a lot of wind at this time, and the other pictures that I took do not show any wind either. What do you all think? I am sending pictures of all 3 pictures, which have the same exact time on all of them (I think the camera says A.M., but it should say P.M. as the pictures were taken in the afternoon.

UFO Sighting Report!

I went out to smoke a cig. Looked up and saw a silver disc shaped ufo partly going into what appeared to be a hole in the sky. It moved very slowly and was being swallowed into the hole. It was like the sky opened up because the stars were not in there place. They were warped somewhat and as it finally went through, which took a few seconds, the sky closed behind it and they stars went back to thier original position. Never seen a ufo do this before.

UFO Sighting Report!

I was out on my deck looking up at the sky. I noticed the object because it was different than the aircraft I had been seeing. It was a solid light, no blinking. It was as faint and as small as the more distant stars you would see in the night sky. It moved quickly across the sky, diagonally across the air traffic lanes I had been seeing, in a straight line, and in my opinion, very high in the sky. A few minutes later I noticed it coming back on the same path it had taken. I thought maybe it was a satellite but I wasn’t sure if satellites moved that quickly across the sky and if they would have one moving in the opposite direction of another ones path. It was different than anything else I had seen in the night sky, ever. I lost sight of it the first time when its path was blocked by trees and on its return trip when it was blocked by my house.

I watched for approx. 30 minutes longer but saw nothing coming from either direction the object had traveled from.
